Last Weeks Events

Thursday night, I did a boutique down in Rancho Santa Fe. It was a fabulous turn out, and the two girls who put it on, did an amazing job. I didn't get pictures of the entire house, but they had the cutest decor I've ever seen at a boutique. Here are a few shots...

That night, I freaked myself out... My little baby girl usually kicks me to death right at bed time. But that night, I couldn't feel a thing. I new I was being overly paranoid, so said a prayer for comfort, and went to sleep. The next morning, of course all I could think about was her moving, or the lack there of... So just to be safe, I called my Doctors office. They told me to go to Labor & Delivery to get monitored to make me feel better. So down to Fountain Valley we went. Stacy was nice, and kept me company :) Of course everything was fine, and the second they got the monitor on my belly, she started kicking at it and playing "dodge the monitor". Very busy little girl they always say... Her heartbeat was perfect, and they said she was very strong :) I really can't get over how nice the nurses were. They made sure to give me their direct line, and told me to call anytime with any questions; even if it was 2am. I'm liking my hospital choice more and more!

Friday night, Braden had a double header softball game, where he pitched for the most part (He usually plays in left field). He did very well! They won the first game, and barely lost the 2nd. But not bad for missing 1/2 of their original players, and having to scrounge up some random guys for the night.

Saturday night, we headed down to Rivers End Cafe in Seal Beach with the Peterson's for a fun dinner on the beach. The weather was perfect, and I could have stayed all night... After, we came back to our place and made homemade Diddy Reese ice-cream sandwiches. YUM :) (Sorry for the lack of pictures).

Sunday was my first week directing the ward choir. We had a better turn out the first week than I thought, and I wasn't as nervous as I thought I would be either! I think I'll really enjoy this calling.

Sunday night, we went to Ashlie & Carleton Christy for a delicious dinner, and had a fabulous time hanging out them them as well!
