Spoke Too Soon
Well, I spoke too soon. I was released today from my calling as Primary Chorister. I have mixed emotions about it... happy & sad. I think if I weren't pregnant, I would just be sad. I'll miss my junior primary kids for sure - senior primary it would depend on the day! ha ha. I am still the Ward Choir Director though, and look forward to learning and growing in that calling now. It seems like only yesterday that it was my first day in primary and I had to have Braden give me a blessing because I was SOOOOO nervous. Now it's no big deal. Heavenly Father really does know what is best!

Thank you for passing the torch. I have the same emotions as you! More happy than sad though. Maybe one day while we are discussing music, we could venture to Olvera Street! Sounds Delish!
ReplyDeleteI know the feeling. I was so so sad when I was released from the activities committee. But then you end up losing yourself in a new calling :)
