Gas Oven & WW Pizza

Growing up we always had an electric stove/oven. If you are unfamiliar with those, they generally have a drawer at the bottom in which to store pans. Or at least the one we had did. Anyway, in my apartment I have a gas stove. When I moved in and was putting my things away in the kitchen and proceeded to try and put my pans in the oven drawer. When I opened it, I thought, "man that is a stupid contraption! How are you supposed to store things in there." And so, nothing went in there. (Insert laughter here for those of you that already get my stupidity). When I would use broil on my oven it took FOREVER until one day I realized that "stupid contraption" on the bottom of my oven WAS the broiler. I mean I have lived here for over 4 years, and just figured that out maybe 6 months ago.

So today I go to use my broiler to make this delicious weight watchers Pizza my mom has turned me on to, and ....

I burnt the 1st one, and the 2nd one caught on fire. I struggle.

But the pizza is delish, and super filling. Here is the recipe if you want to try it!

Tomato Pizza
96% Fat Free Flour Tortilla
Hunts Pizza Sauce
4-5 slices of tomato
Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese
Slices of Red Onion
Fresh sliced Mushrooms
(anything else that is healthy!)

Place tortilla on pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Poke it with a fork a few times like pizza dough, so it won't bubble up.
Broil on each side until crispy.

Spread pizza sauce, sprinkle with cheese. Layer on tomato, onion and mushrooms.

Broil again until veggies are soft and cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and red peppers.

Cut into fourths and enjoy!
