Weight Loss Wednesday
My awesome Mom has been doing Weight Watchers and changing her life habits for just over 9 months. She weighs in faithfully every Wednesday and has lost 77.8 lbs (not including her weigh-in today). So seeing her a few weeks ago, and seeing how awesome she looks has got me a little more motivated. Each Wednesday I'm going to do my own weigh-in and by the time I see her again (and my sis) in Vegas the end of May I will be comfortably in all of my pre-baby clothes and possibly the next size down.

ReplyDeleteIt really helps to have a weekly weigh in. It helps keep you responsible. When I was in a weighloss contest that was somethimes the only thing that kept me from messing up. Good luck!

That's great! I need to exercise so bad. I feel lazy even though I feel like just carrying Jackson around is a huge workout. Your mom made a really good point in her post that helped me lose weight. I do low carb mostly. NOT ATKINS.. just low carb and mostly sugar free. But if I am craving carbs or sugar so bad I will let myself eat it and then I get back on track. I almost think the stress of being on such a strict diet and depriving yourself of things you crave might keep the weight from coming off.
