Sewing Projects

I finally found time to finish our bed skirt for our king bed (I don't recommend this), and recovered some bigger pillows to act as a headboard. After looking for fabric for hours, Stacy pulled the black and cream print off the shelf and I fell in love! Luckily it was on sale :)

I haven't been able to find a bag that I like... scratch that... a bag that won't fall apart after a month that I like (that is not expensive), so with my left over material, I made a huge bag with just the few must haves that I like. 1. A center divider. One side for me, one side for Brighton. 2. Two inside pockets for my cell phones (yes I have 2) 3. An adjustable strap with rings, so that I can hang it over my stroller handle and clip my keys to the ring. I LOVE IT! We'll have to see how my sewing skills hold up!

Next? A cute birthday outfit, for a cute birthday girl!

  6. Yay!! I am so happy that you have finished!! Looks Great! I am super jealous and hate my comforter set... I don't know what I was thinking when we purchased it!!! But I have to be patient and wait until we get our new "bigger" bed before I begin my arts and crafts.. Don't worry I'll be calling you I am sure of that. :)
