It is SO easy. I put it all together while Brighton's napping and then just throw it in the oven an hour before dinner.
- 1 jar (16 oz) spaghetti sauce.
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (10 oz) beef broth
- 1/4 cup zesty Italian dressing
- 2 pkg. (9 oz each) ravioli (fresh)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Combine spaghetti sauce, tomatoes with liquid, broth and dressing in 13x9 baking dish and stir.
- Add ravioli and mix lightly.
- Cover with foil
- Bake 50 minutes or until ravioli is tender.
- Remove foil and stir.
- Sprinkle with cheese and let stand 5 minutes.
Everyone in the family loves it, even Brighton :)
