So proud...

This weekend I decided to sew a baby blanket in the spare moments I had between putting on a Piano Recital and Conference...

Let me just tell you that I have sewn a whopping 3 things in the last 10 years, this blanket being my 4th. Needless to say, it took me HOURS longer than it should have. Big thanks to Stacy for her expertise in helping me cut a flippin' straight line!

It's not perfect, but good enough for my first blanket :)

My piano recital went very well too. I had 8 students receive their level 1 medals (a level program my Mom does at her Studio in UT). Everyone did a fabulous job! I was doing everything by myself, so of course neglected to get a picture of my cute decorations or my students! Oh well...

  5. It's way cute! My friend is going to help me make one for Jackson because I don't have a sewing machine and I'm not that great at sewing. It's nice though to make something for your baby that she can keep. I still have my pink baby blanket that my mom made me. Kelli and Nikki have theirs too!
You did a really great job on it. It looks warm and soft :)
