I had another follow up ultrasound today to check on our little girls heart and kidneys. Both the echogenic focus and enlarged kidneys are "persisting" as the doctor said, but neither things are something to worry about since my AFP came back negative, and her kidney's haven't gotten any bigger or anything. I go back at 32 weeks for another ultrasound to monitor things. She weighs 1 lb 12 oz today, and her growth is right on target :) She moves a ton, or so it seems to me, and the ultrasound techs always make comments about how much she is moving and flipping around. Looks like we have a busy girl on our hands!
The first two pictures are almost the same.... she is looking at us, with her arms over her belly, and you can see part of her leg/foot at the left. I think she has chubby cheeks already!
The bottom picture is of her foot. Does it look like she has like 11 toes or is it just me?
I'm so happy everything is good and healthy. She's a cutie already :) I want to get another ultrasound SO bad just to see our little guy.

I am glad that everything is looking good. The only plus side to having some sort of a complication is that you get a lot of chances to see your baby!
