Braden worked a 12 hour shift on the 4th, and we never know if he'll have to stay later or what, so we didn't make any big plans... When he got home we decided to go to dinner and a movie. Just what the 4th is for right? Well it was great anyway. There was NO ONE at the restaurant; first time I haven't had to wait to be seated on a Friday night! We enjoyed tasty sandwiches at Lucille's and then headed over to Edwards to see Hancock (thanks again Stacy). It got horrible reviews from what I saw online, and the only person I know that had seen it said it was "just okay". Well, we really liked it! It wasn't the best movie I've ever seen or anything, but it was definitely entertaining and enjoyable. It's on my "recommend to see list" for sure.
we saw it too! i thought it was just okay kind of cheesy when the plot twisted...but i will say i was entertained the whole time and i really hate going to movies, i'm so short i can never get comfortable in those chairs unless i put my feet on the seat in front of me, i sound like a midget i know!!
