Halloween Festivites

We started off the season with a our (mine and Brighton's) first ever Pumpkin Patch trip. She enjoyed the petting zoo, but pretty much hated all of the rides. I don't think she likes spinning in circles :( . Her favorite part was the great oldies music they were playing. She'd walk over to the speaker and dance.

On Halloween, unfortunately Braden had to work swing shift, so I took B to our wards Trunk or Treat. She missed the costume contest due to napping, but I was assured by several ward members, that she would have won cutest costume. She didn't get the trick or treat concept entirely, but she did love putting the candy into her bag and then would clap for herself each time.

The treat of the night though, was these two bears. She was fascinated with them. Her new thing is to go and sit by people she likes. So she would walk up to one of the bears, turn around and sit on their feet. They were really cute with her, and let her give them kisses and pet them and stuff. She cried when I made her say bye bye. After, we headed over to Nana's and Grandpa's to show off her cuteness and just hung out for a bit. Once we got home, she wasted no time going through her bag, pulling out and putting the candy back in. Good thing she doesn't really get that it's to eat huh! I think she had a really fun time over all, and that makes me happy! :)
