Tree Skirt & Stockings

They are still works in progress, but they are done enough to have out.

I still want to do [hours of] bead work (maybe I'll save that for the car ride to Utah). But they are sewn and embroidered. *Don't mind the pile of crap on the stairs... That's my "going up" pile, and I'm way too tired to go move it and retake the picture.


 


I'm also going to add some embellishments to the skirt. I was originally going to do 3 layers of ruffles.  I saw these towels after I already decided to just go with the one and just LOVE them, so I'll probably just add a layer of ruffle every year.  It's 40 feet of fabric and it took me forever to sew, so I'm glad I only did one this year.

Yes I still need a tree topper.
