Oh, I am so reluctant to do this blog post. But for some reason, I think, (again), it will help.
I'll make it short.
I'm chubby.
Way too chubby.
I have lacked serious motivation for over a year. Resulting in more chubbiness.
It is not "baby" weight. It is suger, over eating, not working out, weight.
I am much too embarrassed to post an actual number. Lets just say I should be giving birth to another baby.
Goal this week: To lose 2 pounds. Totally doable. So if you hang out with me. Feel free to give me a knock upside the head if I'm making bad choices.
Bleh. I hate this!
soooo.. my sister, brother, and two sisters in law are doing a weight loss competition. We have created a blog and i give weekly tips and motivation. It is private but I can add you if you think it would be something that would help. Just and idea :)

DeleteI hear ya!! I have this picture on my facebook that says "I wish I were as thin as I was when I thought I was fat" :) Cody just turned 9 months yesterday & I've lost 41 lbs after being home & rested for about 3 weeks. So that didn't include any baby, any fluids, just pure fat! Blech!! My goal is 50 lbs, so I'm getting close, but I'm disgusted that I ever needed to lose that amount! I think we have similar personalities in that if we put our mind to something we make it happen... You got this! And I think you're adorable in all your pictures I've seen :)

ReplyDeleteI know what you mean....it sucks!I lose weight and then put it plus a few back on all the time and I'm so sick of it. My problem is I have practically have NO metabolic rate because I will go a day with out eating just having coffee in the morning or just forget to eat until I'm starving at dinner time then I have way to big of a serving and go to bed shortly after. SO BAD!I'm now working on the clean diet because it's not really a diet you just eat fresh and try not to have any foods that all the extra preservatives. Even with exercising everyday I do it good for two weeks and then slack. :(
ReplyDeleteIt seems almost every time we "live" in the camper Garrett and I gain weight but when we are at home we can keep it off or lose it.
I need the "preasure" to keep going too!
By the way even when you are "chubby" you still look amazing!

DeleteFocus on healthy food and exercise. Keep it simple. You CAN do it cause you HAVE done it before.
